Right from the start they worked with me so well. Was able to give an appointment on the date and time that I needed without an issue. Arrived at the appointment early and was taken in early. They tested my hearing aids and found the issue quickly and went over the usage and insertion of them for me.

Two years ago I was in my sophomore year of college, I was experiencing difficulties hearing in class and in social settings. Ironically my parents had received a flyer in the mail for auditory services so my mom and I figured we would check it out impeccable service and the best staff, truly a joy getting to know them and going on this hearing experience with them. Honestly they have given me my life back and I am no longer nervous to go into public from fear of not being able to communicate effectively. They have always answered my questions openly and honestly. They never try to over fit or under fit an individual. They spell out what can happen and are there to help at every step along the way. Katy is the nicest person, who truly cares about her patients and their well being. My family and I cannot get over how much better I can hear, so my father, grandmother, and great Aunt have all gone and seen them and absolutely love how they are hearing thanks to the amazing staff at Auditory Services!
