My first pair of aids, I received great attitude and attention. Great experience. My 2nd pair of aides had something wrong with one unit and it wasn’t transmitting. I was able to call in the morning and was seen the same day! After she worked on the unit, it worked perfectly! Couldn’t be happy and impressed.

I went to Auditory Services to get my hearing tested. I tell you I had a great experience there. The ladies there were very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. My hearing test took no longer than 20-30 min and was easy. I appreciated the ladies explained to me how my test would go. Finally having the volume on the TV normal for my wife is pretty cool. And to stream the TV sound wirelessly, without having a cord hanging over me, feels very free and natural for me.

Speech was so much better for me because I had a better understanding with these hearing aids and I have worn hearing aids now for 6 years. I always had trouble with consonants, like c’s and t’s if I was listening to a show like Wheel of Fortune, but now I can understand those so that is a huge plus for me.
