I don't usually take time to post reviews but the experience I had with Auditory Services in Franklin, PA deserves my time. I've been reluctant for years to admit my hearing loss. After years of concern voiced by my family, I decided to explore a solution to my hearing loss issue. After extensive research and reading hundreds of reviews I chose to give Auditory Services the opportunity to earn my business. I wanted to support a local practice (even though they are headquartered in Erie). I met Katy for the initial consult. It was evident from the very first words we exchanged that she was a true professional with an extensive base of knowledge from which to provide my care. Katy was thorough, patient, direct, and committed to making my quality of life relative to my hearing needs an achievable goal. I chose the Audible Aris 24 devices. The technology is unbelievable and the size of the devices makes them almost invisible. As of this writing I am 4 months into ownership and cannot say enough good things about Katy, the staff, the process, and the product. That is why this business gets 5 stars from me. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Audiology Services and Katy for help - you won't regret it!

I highly recommend auditory service in Franklin. It is so easy getting an appointment without having to wait for months. Finally having the volume on the TV normal for my wife is pretty cool. And to stream the TV sound wirelessly, without having a cord hanging over me, feels very free and natural for me.

Speech was so much better for me because I had a better understanding with these hearing aids and I have worn hearing aids now for 6 years. I always had trouble with consonants, like c’s and t’s if I was listening to a show like Wheel of Fortune, but now I can understand those so that is a huge plus for me.
